Our mission will not end upon candidate’s acceptance of employer’s offer. We are bound towards both, Client Company and Job Seeker, to ensure that the position is successfully filled and both parties are satisfied. We will conduct a synchronized Follow-Up and regularly check evaluation and feedback.
A ninety day period will be considered as a probation phase during which both parties can review their final commitment. |

Recruitment Fees and Guarantees |

Our standard recruitment fees as charged to Employer's account upon successful placement and they are equal to 10% of the candidate’s annual gross salary - Itineris does not charge Job Seekers any fees. If for any reason - other than redundancy or retrenchment - one of the two parties chooses to terminate the accord before the completion of the probation period (Maximum ninety days, when applied), Itineris is committed to ensure the replacement of the candidate free of charge. |
